Community Conflict TransformationTransform conflict into previously unimagined solutions.

The Fanning Institute provides both training to resolve conflicts and technical assistance in resolving current disputes. Conflict resolution represents any process or method where parties in dispute attempt to reach an agreement. Resolving conflict, whether it involves yourself or others, is not a simple task.

Fanning faculty offers training and support services in mediation, conflict resolution, dialogue and other alternative dispute resolution processes so individuals will possess the necessary leadership skills to address barriers and transform conflict in their communities and organization

General Conflict Resolution training and services include the following:

  • Conflict Resolution
  • Facilitation
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Communication Skills
