YouthServeCurriculum-based leadership program designed to teach participants about their community through personal, interactive, and reflective leadership development activities and community service projects.

YouthServe is a collaboration between the Athens-Clarke County Municipal Court and the Fanning Institute that includes community service projects and classroom instruction. Most community service projects take place on Saturday mornings from 9am-12pm at local non-profits organizations.

Classroom sessions are held at the J.W. Fanning building on the UGA campus located at 1240 S. Lumpkin Street. 2017 sessions are scheduled for Thursday evenings from 5:30-8:30 pm on the following days:

  • March 16th
  • March 23rd
  • April 6th
  • April 20th
  • May 4th

Free parking is available behind the J.W. Fanning building after 5pm. Pizza will be served at the sessions.
