Congratulations to the graduates of the Management and Leadership Development Program (MLDP) from the EMC training facility in Smarr, Ga.
Fanning faculty Brendan Leahy (pictured front right) and others facilitated the program for existing and emerging leaders.
Designed as a highly interactive series of workshops, MLDP helps individuals develop and practice leadership skills. Sessions are based on adult learning practices that emphasize experiential learning, built around an effective mix of content delivery, discussion, activity, and practice.
